Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 To 2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Processing time may vary slightly during holidays or sales.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated Delivery Time: 4 To 7 business days from the date of dispatch

Delivery time may vary based on your location, courier service availability, or unforeseen delays such as weather, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service is available at no extra cost, regardless of the number of items in your order

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most pin codes across India.
At checkout, you will be notified if delivery is not available in your area.

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately after placing the order.

After Shipment

Once an order is marked as Shipped it cannot be cancelled.

If you choose to reject the delivery, COD charges if applicable will not be refunded.

Return & Replacement Policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Conditions

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact

You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect or issue

Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup and offer a replacement or refund, as per your preference
