Each product is carefully quality checked before dispatch, but we understand that under certain circumstances, a return or replacement may be necessary. Our return policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle free.


Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions

Damaged Product Received

Manufacturing Defect

Incorrect Item Delivered

Include the following in your email

Your order number

Clear photos of the product and packaging


Resolution Options

Once we verify your request, we will offer

A replacement of the item, subject to availability

Or a full refund, if a replacement is not possible

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.


Important Notes

Items purchased under clearance sale, discounted, or promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

A ₹100 deduction per item will be applicable for returns to cover pickup and processing fees.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
